4lbs loss in January
February 2, 2009 | Seattle, Washington | Vetting explained
Hey Everyone,
Sorry for not posting an update last week. I have been terribly busy.
I am proud to say that I lost 4 lbs last month. It could have been 5 or 6, but I got a bit derailed at the end of last week and gained weight instead of losing it.
The real test will be in the coming months. I have started a temporary job, in addition to my blogging and consulting. I, like many Americans am worried about the state of the economy and will not turn down work in the midst of such uncertainty.
I am glad to say that I am committed to staying focused on my happiness and weight loss goals and I am definitely staying positive. We'll see how focused I stay now that my more leisurely days are over. This is real life.
Have a great week everyone.

cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
