Most Cyclone Victims Without Relief; Regime Accused of Stealing Aid, Evil robbed victims' houses, cut off gold from dead bodies. What more can be done?????

_Evil ruler _ Practising "Dictator 101": kill off as many people as possible when the opportunity arises; it is easier to rule over smaller groups than larger groups. Then there is "Dictator 102": a malnourished, diseased and weak population is an easier population to rule over because they physically cannot rise up against you.
