Heart Disease runs in my family and I take beta blockers. I feel too young to have to take them. :(
February 6, 2009 | California | Vetting explained
Heart disease runs in my family. My grandfather passed away at the age of 40, and both my mother and father passed away in the mid60s. My diet is a lot healther because I eat the right foods, I walk 30 min a day and I don't smoke. I also think staying away from toxic people is healthier. I avoid moody people as if they were second hand smoke. I do have a racing heartbeat sometimes and I have to take beta blockers to slow it down. I hope I live a long time for my boys. Both my parents were never in my life when they were born and to not have parents in your life when you have children is a huge void.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
