The Perfect Stimulus

We can have a perfect stimulus plan, when President Obama leads this country into the change we were promised. I challenge this new administration to take the economic plan and consult with their economic team and draft the perfect stimulus plan. If we do not get results from this stimulus, there will be more change in four years.
