Standoff in progress in hartford, ct on highway 84. white car surrounded by police since 9am. Apparently negotiaor is on the scene and suspect is holding gun to his head threatening to kill himself and anyone who comes near him. I'm watching from my office building on the 4th floor overlooking the highway.
