Lost 10 lbs Total, down to 180 lbs!
February 16, 2009 | Seattle, Washington | Vetting explained
Hello Everyone,
I've determined that posting in two weeks intervals is much better for me given that I am so much busier these days.
Today marks a really wonderful milestone. I am officially 180 lbs, down 10 lbs since the beginning of this year. I am ecstatic since I can't remember the last time I was 180 lbs. It has been like 2-3 years.
In general, my weight loss has been gradual. I've lost 6 lbs in the past two weeks so I am definitely ramping up my efforts when it comes to my diet.
However, exercise has slowed down a bit. My Uncle died two weeks ago and it's been hard to have the motivation to go to the gym. I am determined to snap out of it though. It's hard.
Anyway, my birthday is just around the corner and I have decided to buy myself a digital SLR provided I can lose another 15 lbs by then. I think it'll be a great incentive to kick some ass in the next 5 weeks.
Much love to all,
Giyen
