Currently there is a standoff going on on the 190 in Buffalo New York. The stand off has been going on for over 2 hours. The gunman has been in negotiations with Buffalo Police for the past 2 hours.
The suspect is wearing a POW MIA t-shirt and holding a 9mm pistol to his temple.
