JAILHOUSE ROCK!

NOON TODAY, TUESDAY, 5/13/2008

Lou Pearlman, who launched the careers of the
Backstreet Boys, NSync, Britney Spears, LFO and others, will be meeting to
finalize the deal on his latest discovery, rock band BITEBOY ( http://www.myspace.com/biteboy ) .
The meeting will be held at the Orange County Jail. Biteboy manager, Rick Namey
Sr, father of Biteboy's leader, Rick Namey Jr, confirms the time, date and
purpose of the meeting.

Pearlman is awaiting sentencing on a laundry list of Federal
fraud charges. Namey and Pearlman have known each other since the early 1990's,
going back to the formation of Pearlman's musical empire. "Lou is not in
trouble for what he did in the music business. Regardless of what he did in his
other business, he was the most successful music manager in history - eclipsing
giants like Elvis' Colonel Tom Parker and the Beatles' Brian Epstein and Allen
Klein. No one has ever been responsible for more sales than Lou. We want to
access that knowledge. There's no reason that it should be lost."

Namey Sr. has his own musical chops, going back to the early
70s as concert promoter for such acts as Led Zeppelin and Lynyrd Skynyrd, among
many, many others.

BITEBOY is unlike anything Pearlman has ever promoted, since
they are a hard rock band, rather than the pop acts Lou has always promoted
before.

There are many hurdles the pairing faces. It will be
difficult to structure a deal within the confines of Pearlman's sentence and
incarceration. "There are workarounds," says Namey, "possibly a
defense fund or a restitution fund." There is also the matter of
Pearlman's hearing the band's latest songs. "We're hoping to do a free
'Jailhouse Rock' concert - 'Going to a party at the County Jail' or at least a
video feed into the jailhouse TV, so that Lou can see and hear the band
play."
