iReport —
You made a purchase at one of the nations largest off-price retailers. In a recent class action settlement concerning a large discount clothing store chain thousands of Americans have started receiving check’s for over $250.00 simply because they used a credit card or debit card to make purchases while shopping at one of the 900 plus stores located in 27 states. The sad fact is that one million people where eligible to collect this check, but less than five thousand made a claim, leaving over 260 million dollars of unclaimed money that has been lost forever because the time for filing a claim has expired. Unfortunately, when a class action is filed and a settlement has been reached you have a limited amount of time to file your claim. The key is simply knowledge, the knowledge to know what actions have been filed, the knowledge to know where to get follow up’s on cases and the knowledge when to file your claim once the case has been settled. One major misunderstanding for many is the thought that they will have to hire an attorney and spend thousands of dollars in attorney fees and this is far from the truth in the cases I’m talking about. All cases I’m sharing with you have already been started, have went to trial or have been heard by a judge and a ruling has been made on your behalf even if you did not know it! Did not know it, what are you talking about? In the class action’s that I’m talking about they use a phrase in legal documents such as “Various others, presently unknown to Plaintiff” this simple phrase covers all and yes I mean all who are affected by the actions of a company that caused the class action! Depending on the type of class action settlement they may be required to advertise on national TV, newspapers or simply on the internet. You will find many sites on the internet today that will let you join for a fee to get this information, but as many of us know or you should know with a little research you can get this information for free. One such site is at: http://groups.google.com/group/ems-surveys-contest-coupons--freelance-jobs. They post such information on a daily bases along with other finding money sources and information. They do not require any membership and you can just simply view the information or you can join the email list and be notified by email. Billions of dollars remain unclaimed every year simply because folks just like you never filed a claim. At this moment 3 major Class Action Law Suit settlements have been reached and all you have to do is file a claim and the check is in the mail. Really! File your claim with Bank of America and you may get a check for $78.00, or file a claim with Sprint Nextel and you may get a check from $35.00 to $90.00, or even better $1,000 or more from the Nationwide Insurance Settlement! Remember time to file is limited, so why not get your part! To your success, Ozark Mike
