"Have you lost weight?"
February 27, 2009 | Rogers, Arkansas | Vetting explained
Two of my co-workers came up to me the other day -- separately, at different times -- and asked if I was losing weight. They said I looked great. Wow. I felt great.
The scales say I have lost only 2 pounds, but I am working out regularly and diligently, and walking my dogs much more often. As a result, my clothes are fitting well, and I'm feeling great. The jigglies are less jiggly, and the bulges are significantly smaller.
I expect my weight to fall in March because, with warmer weather, it will be much easier for me to eat veggies and leave the heavier foods behind.
My biggest challenge is drinking more water. I am finding that really hard to do. I get so busy, I forget.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
