400+ Same-sex marriage supporters rallied downtown San Diego to mark the eve of oral arguments before the state Supreme Court on the constitutionality of Proposition 8.
March 5, 2009 - Thursday, attorneys will be in San Francisco arguing for and against the validity of Proposition 8, the voter-approved measure that limits marriage in California to one man and one woman.
