"Esther30: I think you missed the point of the article all together.... or maybe you didn't... maybe you are one of those people that continued to fuel hate and disinformation to anyone that doesn't know better... that was one heck of a statement you made... "its President Obama and/or other elected Black Leaders who have no regard for the Constitution who are the problem, and not Lou Dobbs." are you really that blind... what planet do you live on... and what's your agenda... it couldn't be peace, love, security and prosperity(sp)for mankind... and how did you find away to get a persons color in this anyway! by eddiek69 The agenda that I seek has nothing to do with peace, promoting racism, playing the race card, any useless and worthless racial profiling claim that reduces liability, calling anyone who does not agree with you an uncle tom, and love for humanity. My agenda is very simple. This is about holding elected officials accountable to respect the rule law, the U.S. Constitution, and/or the California Constitution, as applied to the jurisdictions to which I pay property taxes, federal and state taxes. Individuals who think and act like I do , are not going to remain silent, after serving this nation honorably as an honorably discharged combat U.S. military veteran of any foreign war, while being forced to pay local, State and/or Federal taxes , or face stiff fines, or have liens placed on any real property owned, and criminal prosecution for not paying taxes, to a local county tax assessor, a State Franchise Board, and/or the Federal IRS, while being misrepresented by no good elected leaders, such as President Barack Obama , Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas , Los Angeles City Councilman Bernard Parks, former carpet-bagging Supervisor Yvonne "Brentwood" Burke , former Congressman William "Felony stashing 90K of the taxpayer's money in his refrigerator" Jefferson , Congresswoman Diane Watson , a deceitful Congressional Black Democratic Caucus, etc., etc., etc. It is you, and others like you who have no basis for saying so. Evidently it is you and other Black people who live in LA LA Land . I live in the realm of reality, and I've actually been in the system , be it as a plaintiff and/or as a defendant to back up my contentions. It is you, and/or others who are misinformed, who, or whom, are fueling hate, and spreading false information about, me, Lou Dobbs , Rush Limbaugh , the Republican Party , conservatives, etc., while giving a free pass to disgraceful, incompetent, and unethical elected officials, such as President Barack Obama , Democratic Party elected officials , specifically numerous no good members of the deceit Congressional Black Caucus, a treasonous Black middleclass , and/or others who fit the description. Unlike those who truly fit the description of being disrespectful to individuals truly worthy of admiration and praise, individuals worthy of praise such as CNN's Lou Dobbs ..... ...... This response has nothing to do with fueling hate and disinformation. President Barack Obama, other no good treasonous Black elected leaders, and/or the Black middleclass who fit the description, are so busy cutting deals to betray the interests of law abiding U.S born Black people, such as promoting worthless racial profiling nonsense, and bending over backwards to give the authorities a break for violating the Constitutional rights of law abiding Black people, that it is destroying the future posterity of the Black community. "Listen, I was a civil rights lawyer," Obama said. "I passed the first racial profiling legislation in Illinois. I passed some of the toughest death penalty reform legislation in Illinois . That doesn't mean I am always going to satisfy the way you want these issues framed... which gives you the option of voting for somebody else, it gives you the option of running for office yourself, those are all options . But the one thing I think is important is, that we are respectful towards each other." by President Barack Obama ......a truly disrespectful and unbecoming of a competent elected official response from President Barack Obama addressed to the hecklers who have the right to petition any elected official for redress for the illegal acts of government, that result in the wrongful or illegal death of the innocent at the hands of rogue police officers...... ......while a billions of dollars in a no good stimulus package promoted by President Barack Obama, and/or the Obama Administration , go the greedy , to individuals who are not facing hardship , Acorn , assorted special interest pork projects , and/or illegal immigration advocates........ .......... while President Barack Obama, and/or the Obama Administration kick truly needy law abiding U.S. citizens to the curb! Here you have the book of felony charges, prison time, etc., being levied at Black people convicted by the courts, with or without valid evidence , and on the flip side, where law abiding Black people are seriously violated by the atrocities of government , who formally petition President Barack Obama , and/or a slew of no go treasonous Black elected leaders cutting deals to disparage , playing deceitful games, trashing or ignoring valid claims for redress, all of which deny Constitutionally mandated "Equal Justice and Protected Under the Law" and impair the respective State Constitutional and U.S. Constitutional mandated rights to truly law abiding U.S. born Black people, who have played by the rules, and who have served this nation honorably, during times of peace or war.
