children. Hundreds of benefits of various kinds, especially
medical, accrue to a marriage.
When other folks start siphoning off these benefits, the very core of society and its sustainability is threatened.
Before you completely dismiss this reasoning, the Nat'l Health Service (NHS) in the UK is thinking of encouraging natural childbirth ... the anaesthetics are apparently a bit too pricey nowadays.
Doctors in the Netherlands don't have qualms about hastening death for those they feel could especially benefit.
So the most helpless are the first to face the budget cuts. Like the law of the jungle, where the youngest and the oldest get picked off first.
