Marriage is a Civil Right!
As they say, I may be straight but I'm not narrow. Gay
marriage does NOT affect me or my family negatively in any way. I
am married. What should I be afraid of, all the married gay men
going after my husband? Oh, no! What can happen?
If gay people pay their taxes, they should be entitled to get
married. Whoever thinks differently is just plain and utterly
intolerant of those who are different than they are.
I personally believe gay is
NOT a choice; it is
innate, so why blame anyone for being gay... why punish?
It's about time the government did something about this! And it's
about time people moved on to issues that matter deeply in
everyone's lives and not issues that should not even be questioned.
It is a right for everyone!
And if you believe it is a choice and thus a sin, that is
your prerogative and only yours, not everyone else's. Welcome to
the real world, not everyone abides by the Christian bible or other
religious views but that does not make them bad people... and in
any event: "He is who is free of sin, cast the first stone"...
isn't that what the bible says?
