I went over the video and the transcript is wrong.
March 23, 2009 | lexington, Kentucky | Vetting explained
The transcript being circulated is wrong, President Obama said "this is like, this is like the special Olympics or something" referring to jay's previous comment "oh no that's very good, yea... no, that's very good Mr. president... that's very good." He was not comparing himself to a Special Olympian. He was commenting on how Jay was coddling him. If anything Obama made a comment that compares Jay's reaction to the people who run the Special Olympics, not the athletes.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
