Dear Mr. President Obama, I met you on the campaign, I gave special documents to Hillary Clinton to give to you, when she was here in Miami on November 1, 2008.

My name is Robert Sarhan, MD, I am from The National Elder Abuse and Guardianship Victims Task Force For Change. Elderly People are being abused and exploited by Judge's, Attorney's and Guardian's throughout this country in Guardianship cases, Florida being the worst State to Grow Old.

The Governor Charlie Christ, our Congressman and Senators, refuse to stop these crimes against the elderly, even though they are all aware what is happening.   

I ask to meet with you A.S.A.P., before more elderly people become victims and many are dying prematurely. In 1987, Congressman Claude Pepper, wrote guardianships in America were a National Disgrace, 22 years later we have a National Epidemic, competent elderly people are being ruled incompetent, to steal the elderly's money, their homes and in many cases their lives.
