'Rock Star' personal finance blogger exposed!
April 2, 2009 | Chicago, Illinois | Vetting explained
Yesterday, we reported that a multi-millionaire and blogger had come clean on how he blew through $7 million in just 2 years.
You can read that iReport exclusive here:

But, before running the story, we should have read the date and the tags as it was an April Fools Day Joke by popular personal finance 'guru' Adrian J Cartwood.
AJC, as he prefers to be known, is a genuine multimillionaire (and, he is defintely NOT the guy in the picture!) who writes about his own journey from $30,000 in debt to over $7 million in the bank in just 7 years.
You can read about his true financial position here:

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
