Not Everyone Hates Americans!
March 3, 2008 | Ontario | Vetting explained
I read that the President of Iran claimed that "nobody likes Americans". This is incorrect.
In fact some of Americas best friends are directly North of them. More Canadians like Americans than say Iranians and for good reasons!
When our Publishing Company was looking for a printer for our most recent book we choose an American printer NOT one from Iran or for that matter from China. Our fleet of vehicles is made in the USA or Canada NOT Iran. Our customers are in the USA and Canada and we do not and will not sell to Iran.
We know Americans to be hard working, honest people who lead the world in science, medicine, technology, and entertainment. We know the USA is a great place to do business in, to visit and to have as neighbours.
In Afghanistan our combat troops fight shoulder to shoulder with our American friends. Our Navy warships sail with ships of the USN. Our Airforce flies the American designed CF-18 Hornet. Canadians watch American not Iranian TV.
When Canadians look to the world for places to visit with similar values we more often than any other country decide to visit the USA
So piss on you Mr Iranian President. We know how your country treated our Canadian Journalist Mrs. Kazami. Your country murdered her after beating her up and raping her while in your custory. Your country Sir is one of the armpits of the world. And you are a rat.
The USA is not perfect and yet there is a lot to like. The Americans give more to charity around the world than ALL the other nations of the world combined. When the going gets tough you can count on the USA. They pay a high price for maintaining freedom and democracy while a lot of other countries take a free ride and enjoy the benefits.
In Canada we know who our friends are and when the USA was attacked we also lost 24 Canadians in the twin towers. So we also know who our enemies are. And Iran is NOT on the list of friends while the USA is.
Cheers from Canada
