Weekend warriors take note: Bursts of high-energy athletic activity are not doing much good if you become sidelined by injury from overexertion. Overall wellness takes more than a weekend commitment. Everyone knows that regular, moderate exercise and a healthy diet are central to overall health. And a new study shows 91 percent of orthopedic specialists would add another recommendation to their patients' wellness regimens: dietary supplements.
