April 21, 2009 | Tskhinval, Georgia | Vetting explained
South Ossetian separatists have detained the observers of the OSCE mission in Georgia; the leader of the puppet regime says the monitors were trying to cross the `South Ossetia border` illegally.
Eduard Kokoity accuses the European monitors of provocative behavior and says that his law enforcers will take the observers to the foreign ministry of the South Ossetia.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
