The Ohm Ranger Hybridized! Electric Vehicle Converted to Hybrid.
April 22, 2009 | Colville, Washington | Vetting explained
Happy Earth Day! Here's the follow-up to my previous vid about the converted electric vehicle, the Ohm Ranger that Bill Vogan built at his place near Inchelium, WA. I ran into him a couple of weeks ago and he showed me that he hybridized the Ohm Ranger to also run a small gas motor.
I first met Bill in the Fall and he invited me to his beautiful place on the Columbia River for an interview. See it here: http://www.ireport.com/docs/DOC-247853
Innovatative ideas and actions are what we need to limit our impact on the Earth. Believe what you may, but if you believe that your actions won't impact future generations, somebody must be spiking your punch.
Dream on!

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
