April 22, 2009 | Houston, Texas | Vetting explained
Creative job seekers not afraid to put themselves out there, literally, may want try Anup Parikh's approach. This recent University of Texas graduate with a major in marketing and a minor in finance decided to let everyone in Downtown Houston on Main Street know he's giving employers the opportunity to hire him. Not only that, but in the spirit of Earth Day he made his sign out of recycled trash. Photos by Sean Blake of blakephotography.com

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
