A second chance for Vick?
May 20, 2009 | Port Hueneme, California | Vetting explained
I don't think Michael Vick should be allowed back in the NFL. He had a chance of a lifetime, people looked up to him and he let them all down including his team mates. He was responsible for the slaughter of animals and he cheated on his taxes. Why should we coddle these football players? Remember Pete Rose? All he did was gamble and he got banned from Baseball for life. I'm tired of seeing all these professional athletes think that the rules don't apply to them and they get off easy. I think the tide is turning and they had a chance and blew it on greed, substance abuse, gambling, and other violent acts. It's disgusting, disgraceful, and completely lacks integrity. Kick them out of professional sports. Good bye and good riddance. The sport is better off without them.
