CNN I-Report: Dance Flick Movie Review By Rajiim Gross 5/20/09
What can you say about a "Wayans Brothers" film?? It was funny!! It was like a "In Living Color" reunion without Damon Wayans and Jim Carrey. David Allen Grier, Kim Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Marlon Wayans, and Chris Elliot make this film Funny Just like we are all use to Wayans Productions Being! There is Lots Of Dancing In this film as Well!! Even Some Pole Dancing!! LOL The Dance Battles Are Funny As Heck!! Keep Your Eyes Open For "That Move"!!! There are so many Spoofs on different films in this one. They make fun at everything in here! I won't give away any of the details but I will say this....That Scene you've seen in the previews where The Young man (Damon Wayans Jr.) is talking to the Young White Lady (Shoshana Bush) and he disses her because two "black chics" walk by......Well He Gets his in the End!! If you watch plenty of movies you'll have no problem picking out the films being spoofed! Lot's of inside jokes and just things to make you laugh!! Only flaw to this film is if you don't watch lots of films you may not get the jokes. Get out go see it. I give it this a B+
