Celebs turn out for Prop 8 Protest in WEHO, CA

On Tuesday May 26, 2009, celebrities Perez Hilton, Shana Moakler, Kelly Osbourne and Kathy Griffin came out to show their support for equal rights. Also on hand were the Mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa and Attorney Gloria Alred.
The California Supreme Court upheld Proposition 8, banning same-sex marriage. The ruling states that the ban is constitutional, however the ruling allowed the state's 18,000 existing same-sex marriages to stand.
