CNN iReport Inspired Action/Adventure Web Series
June 1, 2009 | Burbank, California | Vetting explained
Although the character of Boris was originally born several years ago by myself and J. Anthony McCarthy it was CNN's iReport that inspired me to take the character to a web series despite having no budget or crew.
Season One was shot on the same little camera I did all of my iReports on and if not for iReport I don't think I would thought to use that camera and to leap into a web series with no traditional film making equipment or crew.
We're also going to be doing a new how-to series called "I WENT TO FILM SCHOOL SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO" starting later this week.
Season Two is now online and was shot, thanks to a friend's camera, on hi-def (HDV).
Our hope is that this project can lead to work, distribution/funding and us being able to continue doing the series.
New Episodes Every Tuesday and Thursday!

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
