The story that I am about to tell you is all based on true information that have been fabricated about me. It has been used against me in the Dutch justice system. I have been accused of being a terrorist. That has been told to the justice system that I am in Holland at the time being that I am wanted by the FBI and the government. This information have been presented by my ex partner who's father happenes to be a police. His credit is higher then a letter from the American consilate and embassy stating that all these statements that have been made are fabricated and false. Plain and simple: all lies. I am in a court battle with my ex partner just for the rights to see my daughter. I have been refused for the last three years to see my daughter. I have even been told that my mother and the rest of my family members should not see my daughter. This I find very insulting, espescially for the simple fact that I am black, that I come out of the United States. The police here refused and I meen REFUSED, to take any police reports from me so that I can make a court case against my ex partner and her family. Now I am in the proces of starting a whole new court battle with one of the biggest lawyers in the Netherlands who is more than happy to take this case. After seeing how the justice system have racially choose my ex partner and father's side (once again).Now that I have a new lawyer, whose name is Max Moszkowicz jr. ( his father is Mr. Max Moszkowicz sr.). I am going to make this a public case by taking this lawyer. For a very good reason I wpuld like this to be public. For the law in the Neterlands are not fair for most Dutch fathers. In the last two years in the Netherlands fathers have token the Lives of their children. Because of the justice deicision just this year alone in hte Netherlands more than eight children have died. And just last week, three children died. Mothers play a high role and sometimes some of these mothers are very depressed mothers. Their mental state is not for the child, but for theirselve. The fathers from what I have seen suffer the most (and of course the child to). On youtube you will see a videoclip about my daghter and me (it's called the big lie 8).
