In a tragic development today; the Government of Maharashtra shifted the Mumbai Police Commissioner Mr. Hassan Gafoor; the first Muslim Police Chief of Mumbai city to accommodate Dhanushyakodi Shiva alias Randva Shiva; a close confidante of Global Terrorist Dawood Ibrahim.

The D-man; as he is referred to in the crime circles; the Randva Shiva auctioned the Mumbai Crime Branch to the D-company during his tenure as the Joint Commissioner of Crime; Mumbai.

He leaked the identities of police informers to the gangs; sabotaged their payments and literally harboured the D-gang members in Mumbai.

This man had taken the whole crime branch of city police to watch a movie on fingerprints at Excelscior Theatre; when the info sent by RAW was lying in his office and the operatives were active in Mumbai.

With the entry of Radva Shiva and the existing presence of Rakesh Maria as the Joint Commissioner of Crime Branch; the city of Mumbai is now a safe heaven for the D-gangs; safer than the Pakistan cities; where they are currently holed up.
