6 Pack by Summer - Final Update
June 22, 2009 | New York, New York | Vetting explained
My 2009 News Years Resolution was to get in shape and get 6 pack abs by June 28th.
Here is my progress from Day one (Jan 2009) to Today (June 22, 2009).
The First photo is today and photo 7 was day one.
I follow a healthy food plan of egg whites, lean protein (chicken, fish) and veggies. I work out several times a week on a routine of cardio, weights and ab workouts.
I will be hosting several events this coming weekend for NYC Pride. On Saturday June 27th at Irving Plaza I will be hosting "7 Deadly Sins: PRIDE" and on Sunday June 28th I'll be doing the big ab-veal in the NYC Pride Parade (come by and say hi).
