These images were taken today in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras. Contrary to what some news media have reported, they clearly demonstrate how very few followers of the ex-president Zelaya were actually protesting Zelaya’s dismissals from power in front of the presidential palace and how little support he actually has for the so called “Cuarta Urna” movement. This illegal movement which involved questioning the Honduran population on the issue of a constitutional re-write was the first step in stripping the country of its democracy. One of the pictures clearly shows the flags of the countries aligned with Venezuelan Dictator Hugo Chavez's Bolivian Alternative for Latin-American and the Caribbean (ALBA). Venezuela, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Dominica are all countries were democracy has ceased to exist. Are these the images of a popular Martyr thrown into exile or an Unpopular Soon to be Dictator that was stopped before damaged was done?
