You WILL face Justice

You are bringing shame not only to yourselves and your dearest that live with you. For as there are the seven heavens, there is hell too. May Allah the compassionate and merciful NOT be compassionate and merciful with those that kill people to stay in power. For everybody one day dies. You criminals will die too, by force or age, and God ALREADY KNOWS what to do with your lawless souls. No use hiding in Iran, Lebanon, Syria, God knows everything and will take care of you.

"Crimes against international law are commited by men, not by abstract entities and only by punishing individuals who commit such crimes can the provisions of international law be enforced" (Judgment of the Nuremberg Tribunal against the Nazi crimes, 30th, September and 1st October 1946.

Even though the Nuremberg Tribunal more than half a century ago set a precedent, under international law, for a universalistic approach to crimes against humanity, the concept of universal jurisdiction over such crimes did not gain broad international acceptance until the world was shaken, once again, by the atrocities in the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda.

Grand Aiatollah Montazeri, was against violation of human rights back in 1988. He was sacked from government and Khamenei took his place. Montazeri is under home arrest since 1997. Montazeri expressed his views about the current situation in Iran:

“Our youth, hoping to see their rightful will fulfilled, came on the scene and waited patiently. This was the greatest occasion for the government’s officials to bond with their people. However, unfortunately, they used it in the worst way possible.

Given the current circumstances, I expect the government to take all measures to restore people’s confidence. Otherwise, as I have already said, a government not respecting the people’s vote has no religious or political legitimacy.

I ask the police and army personnel not to “sell their religion”, and be aware that receiving orders will not excuse them before God.

Read full text here. Montazeri’s official website is here, but of course it now blocked by the Dictator Khamenei.

One hundred years from now, what will remain from you in history books in Iran and the world, will likely look like this: “A regime that misused the name of Godto kill its own defenseless citizens(adult) for the greed to remain in power.”

Those that misuse the name of God, are called what? Ah yes: "blasphemers". And you as ‘religious’ men, you know perfectly well what God reserves to blasphemers like you. The worst damnation for the human beings is not to die and go back to dust. The worst damnation is to have their souls wandering and suffering forever, and the memory of your crimes engraved in history books for centuries for the world to despise you.

This is a universal truth in all religions of this world, including the Islam. God gives us free will so we take decisions. We human beings decide if we do good or bad things. "It will not be like this forever and some day they will be stopped as happened to Hitler, Saddam and certain other European leaders." Ahmadinejad said this in a public statement some time ago, referring to the US.

Yes, we make your wordsours, Ahmadinejad. With your hands tainted by the blood of your own people, you decided freely to join the ones that acted against God’s word. You are now welcome to the team of Stalin, Hitler, Pinochet , Milosevic, Mladic, Pol Pot, Ceaucescu and the like.

But worst, you as a Muslim knows that what you are doing is against the law of God. What happens to any Muslim that goes against the word of Allah the Merciful?

The worst damnation for those that believe in God is not to die and go back to dust. For if a human being beats and kills his own brothers his is already a Godless person. The worst damnation for them is to have their souls wandering and suffering forever, and the memory of their crimes engraved in history books for centuries for the world to despise you.

Under the law of God:

"Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice" Koran (60-8) “…take not life, which God hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.” [Al-Qur’an 6:151].

“Otherwise, as I have already said, a government not respecting the people’s vote has no religious or political legitimacy. I ask the police and army personnel not to “sell their religion”, and be aware that receiving orders will not excuse them before God.”  Grand Aiatollah Montazeri June 2009.

The ones that  kill innocent citizens, are blasphemers are blasphemers because they go against the law of God.

Under the law of men.

“The Iranian government at this time has ceased to be a legitimate government. A government primary role is to protect its citizens. They have done the exact opposite. They have hired thugs from the rural areas of Iran, Syria and Lebanon to beat, terrorize andkill its citizens. They pay the Lebanese more than the Iranian. 200,000 Tomans or $200. When your government takes measures to kill you…that is no longer your government! This is no longer about an election!” Anonymous post on Youtube.

“Crimes against international law are committed by men, not by abstract entities, and only by punishing individuals who commit such crimes can the provisions of international law be enforced” (Judgment of the Nuremberg Tribunal, 30th September and 1st October 1946, Cmd. 6964, Misc. No. 12, London: H.M.S.O 1946, p. 41)
