Feds Control The Entire Residental Mortgage Money Market
July 2, 2009 | Greenville, South Carolina | Vetting explained
The Federal Government now controls all of the mortgage money in America. It is now extremely difficult to qualify for a mortgage loan and you cannot make a living originating them. With the government skewing the rules toward the big banks, local brokers are being squeezed out of business. Additionally, there is now no competition without the presence of private money. If the Feds control all of the mortgage money they control of our the housing and thus all of the land. I'm not one that yells conspiracy all of the time, but it is really beginning to look like one.
With the strick rules now in place by with Washington bureacrats, there will never be a housing recovery; thus no recovery for the larger economy.
