Governor Palin in Kotzebue for VPSO bill signing

Governor Sarah Palin arrived in Kotzebue at 11am 7 July 2009 for a bill signing regarding the VPSO program in rural Alaska. Sarah was well received by the crowd at the Kotzebue High School gym and conversed with people and provided photo opportunities for about an hour after signing the bill.
