Cheesy Astronaut
July 18, 2009 | St. Marys, Ohio | Vetting explained
Imagine a six-foot-tall life-sized astronaut made from over 1900 lbs. of cheese! Sarah Kaufmann of West Chester, Ohio is the nationally acclaimed "Cheese Lady". She has spent the last few days carving her tribute to the 40th Anniversary of the Moonwalk being celebrated at the Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio. The cheese carving event was made possible by Kroger and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
