Spike Lee talks about Michael Jackson
July 22, 2009 | Atlanta, Georgia | Vetting explained
Filmmaker Spike Lee was back in Atlanta recently for the 20th anniversary screening of his provocative film, "Do The Right Thing." I sat down and interviewed Lee on the patio at the W Midtown Hotel in Atlanta. He may appear to be very relax and that is because we have known each other for over 30 years back when we were students in the Atlanta University Center.
Spike directed two of Michael Jackson's music videos. He talked about how they met and also of attending Jackson's memorial service in Los Angeles. The rest of the interview will be posted on my YouTube page - SamNews76.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
