Black in America 2 proves that service rules!
July 24, 2009 | Washington, District of Columbia | Vetting explained
Post explains how the documentary proves that the black community is at best when it truly acts as one community. When we engage in individualistic paractices we fail. It was also great to see a Muslim family just being a family in the documentary without any mention of terrorism or even the word Islam. Great job to CNN for showing part of the diversity of our community and how we're all serving where we can!

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
