Serenity at Stonehenge

This photo taken at Stonehenge in July 2009. While the iconic shots generally show the entire structure, I wanted to capture the larger context of the Salisbury Plain and the horizon that was so important to the people who built it thousands of years ago as they observed the sun rise as part of their ancient rituals.
