Multiple D.C. Police struggle while trying to lock up man

The D.C. Police struggled this afternoon at around 7:30 pm while arresting a man on Pennsylvania Ave and 26th Street NW. After being called out to the location, what turned out to be 2 police cars and 1 ambulance turned into an afternoon event for spectators while the D.C. police struggled to arrest the man and place him in the back of a Police van. With the help of 3 other police cars, the man was carried into the back of the van.
