Lightning Strike Near Small Airport

A bolt of lightning strikes a residential area behind Lee Airport, a small private airport in Edgewater, Maryland at 9:53 PM, as a thunderstorm approached the area.
It struck in the area of Beards Creek and may possibly have hit the water.
There were no reports of damage or injuries from this strike, but the storm did cause problems in other parts of Maryland, as winds and heavy rain struck the area.
