September 12, 2009 | Sonora, California | Vetting explained
Each of us have memories of September 11th, where we were, how we reacted and the tears that flowed.
Today, I did an evening walk in downtown, Sonora CA, we still have fond memories and despite the tears, life does go on and the enclosed photo's capture a small town community on 09/11/2009.
The flag being flown from the local newspaper http://www.uniondemocrat.com/
to the local shoe repair shop or to the new merchant who offers and shares westerrn wear of clothing and boots.
Each of us have dreams, desires and despite our dried tears and memories of yesterday, life is good.
Each of can greet one another, shake hands and share our lives as community members.
As the sign says we are "Open"

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
