French autoworkers march on Paris Stock Exchange

Thousands of supporters of the french autoworkers union CGT arrive by bus to the Opera area of Paris to begin a march on the french Stock Exchange to protest 150,000 layoffs in the car industry and the arrest of strikers at a previous demonstration. Riot police stood back from the fray as protesters set off firecrackers and waved banners.
