Lake Lanier Full Finally
September 22, 2009 | Gainesville, Georgia | Vetting explained
Just some video of the Sardis Creek area of Lake Lanier near Gainesville, GA and the Chatahoochee River at Gainesville Marina.
The lake took up the flood runoff's protecting Gainesville from extensive flooding as our neighbors to the South have suffered with.
Don't worry, we're keepin' the flood gates closed and Alabamstan and the Soviet Republic of Florida can get their own @#$% Water. Go ahead and pump out your front and back yards, we'll send 'em the run off from the flood.
Be safe, and be sure to help out your neighbors that have lost homes and family members during this tradgedy. Don't be afraid to offer a helping hand to clean up, a shoulder to lean on, or a hot meal to those needing it now more than ever.
I'll be down quickly to meet with family and friends that were affected by the heavy rains over the last week.
By the way if you go to help, take lot's of fresh drinking water, food, towels, toiletries, whatever you can think of. Some of our neighbors literally got out with only their lives and the clothes they were wearing.
Comedian, Wes Duncan
I'll make the jokes later after we rebuild Georgia.
