NYC Taste of Turkey
October 5, 2009 | New York, New York | Vetting explained
The biggest Turkish festival in the United States turned 41st Street in Manhattan into a small version of Istanbul's Grand Bazaar. It was the culmination of a week long celebration of Turkish culture, arts, music, traditions and food.
I took these photos on Sunday, October 4th, on 41st Stret between Broadway and 6th Avenue in New York City.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
