Global Pink Hijab Day
October 8, 2009 | Seattle, Washington | Vetting explained
October 28th, 2009, women from all over the globe will wear pink hijabs in support for breast cancer research. Muslim women will walk proud and with their head held high, trying to show the world that we support breast cancer research. Hopefully this will be the first dominoe in the dominoe effect of good deeds that Muslims will do in order to show the world that Muslims are not like what those people that are commiting terrorist acts or killing innocent people and claiming to be from a religion of peace.
Support your local breast cancer fund and if you dont have one support a national or international fund. Please check out www.pinkhijabday.net for more information.
Hope to see photos... please share them with us of you wearing your pink hijab or your masjid/mosque getting together to support Women from all over the world....!
