What would you do to enforce your rights? 1. Retained counsel for your defense and; 2. if you could not have counsel for a defense; 3. if you could not get a trial or hearing; 4. if you are told you can not have counsel or a trial because you do not have jurisdiction; 5. if your paid attorney's never show for court; 6. if you are unlawfully restrainted; 7. if you are beat, abused, and a injustice has occured because people cover up your true live story and break the laws? 8. if your life was destroyed by other peoples negligence, discrimination, restricted access to rights and laws you are entitled to? What would you do? Where would you go? Who would you turn to? Answer these questions Mr. Ron Paul a senator who swore a oath to uphold the laws. How will he get justice? if Mr. Dunlap can not talk about the defects in the supreme court communications to get a complaint filed or protection order. How can Mr. Dunlap pursue his rights at all at the court house? if Susan Festag says Mr. Dunlap can not communicate by email then why does she even have a email address? if Susan Festag denies email and filings by U.S. mail how will Mr. Dunlap voice his facts at the court house? Susan Festag fails to acknowledge filings that were filed at her court house which her officials have ignored or destroyed, or have not filed to cover up civil rights violations and will not let Mr. Dunlap find out why? This should not be a legal issue to find out why parties are deniying access to file by U.S. mail motions or affifidavits that are not getting to the court house because officials faile to file them or destroy them when sent to the clerk at the court house. How does Mr. Dunlap enforce certified mailings to the court house when officials are deprving him the right to file or motion the court for protection order and justice? Mr. Dunlap believes that depriving his right to file, mail, email complaints is discrimination to Susan Festag at the Supreme court house because she is muting his complaints and destorying his complaints that are filed by mail and email to a clerk of the court house. When Mr. Dunlap calls to find out why Mr. Dunlap is estoppeled Mr. Dunlap is deprived access. Mr. Dunlap believes that the ACLU should file Civil Rights Complaint Against Supreme Court for Lack of Adequate Interpreter Services and the ability to request a hearing on any matter in the court when deprived of the right to speeach and request for relief or complaint/summons filed at the court house. Please review the violation of Mr. Dunlap's rights below because Susan Festag leaves Mr. Dunlap no choices or options in a legal matter or to contact her concerning violations or a proper procedure to follow where Mr. Dunlap is definitely deprived of his right to freedom of speach, and legal rights to protect and gain justice in a Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is writing this email for media help to get his rights enforced at the Supreme Court and not to be deprived of his right to file and gain access to the court house that offcials deprive Mr. Dunlap of at the Supreme court house. Tejon, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 for treason, legal system racism, obstruction of justice, and crimes against humanity to Mr. William W. Dunlap. The reason for the request is over 50,000 motions, letters, and petitions filed at the 4th judicial court house and other courts that were certified mailed and notarized have been destroyed and not answered that were mailed by first class mail and certified mail to the court house on abuse and neglect concerning legal system filings and motions at the court house that have not been answered. The filings are simply sent to the clerk with two copies and the clerks fails to simply give the motions and filings to a judge for review violating all of Mr. Dunlap's rights and rule of laws at the court house. When Mr. Dunlap shows up at the court house to find out where his motions and legal documents are going that were filed by mail at the court house Mr. Dunlap is escorted out of the court house without an explanation and blocked access to the court house. Mr. Dunlap can not file motions as pro se, get an attorney, get access to court house, can not speak at court, can not inform judge of crimes by officials, get action to protect Mr. Dunlap from getting hurt for excersing his rights and getting fair treatment. Mr. Dunlap can not get input or output in order to communicate an speak his defenses, and is left in a tyranny by court officials. Mr. Dunlap is forced to be Mute and is legally assasinated. Court officials will do nothing an attempt to force Mr. Dunlap against his will with everything that is done at the court house for a defense.. Mr. Dunlap can not present a defense because he is assaulted and abused in the court house by dupties, attorney's, judges and by bad cops. Mr. Dunlap is beat like Rodney King, and whatever Mr. Dunlap tries to do for his defense he is hurt for it. Nothing matters concerning Mr. Dunlap's rights, and the rule of law except hurting Mr. Dunlap. Mr. Dunlap is treated like a dog and has done nothing to deserve this treatment at the court house because Mr. Dunlap is innocent. Mr. Dunlap believes that officials have threaten his life and safety and our out of control because officials discriminate against Mr. Dunlap and do not treat him like everyone else that goes to the court house! .Also fail to uphold laws and break laws to hurt, rob, and put Mr. Dunlap in terrible trouble. Mr. Dunlap requests a order for protection from the 4th judicial court house officials to save Mr. Dunlap's life and enforce his rights. To stop treatment such as coercion, force, assault, railroading, ignoring, denying, tampering, minapulating, falsifying documents, following, touching, annoying, alarming and legally assasinating Mr. Dunlap at the court house.
