iReport —

Since two weeks ago, the revolutionary court of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran has sentenced five men to death penalty. Four of these men were accused to be affiliated to Anjoman Padeshahi Iran, the Kingdom Assembly of Iran, a London based Iranian opposition.

On Monday 12 October 2009, the revolutionary court issued the death sentence for Mr. Davoud Farbache Mir-Ardebili accused of being affiliated to Anjoman Padeshahi. According to informed sources this person has not been a member of Anjoman Padeshahi, but only had prepared a few phone reports regarding labour and unions gathering to Radio Tondar, an Anjoman Padeshahi radio.

On Saturday 10 October, another two men were sentenced to death penalty for their activities in Anjoman Padeshahi, a London based opposition. International Human right committee believes that although these men were taken to the courts along with hundreds of people for their activities in post election oppositions in Iran; none of them has had any participation to those protests. Two of them have been arrested before those protests.

This is a statement regarding Mr. Mohammad-Reza Ali-Zamani from Anjoman Padeshahi in London:

The revolutionary court of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tehran has passed the death sentence to Mr. Ali-Zamani for his affiliation with the London based The Kingdom Assembly of Iran, waging war on God, Insulting Islamic values as well as his participation in the recent election anti[government demonstrations. On Monday October 5th 2009, judge Salavaati issued the death sentence on Mr. Ali-Zamani.

It is the intention of the office of the Kingdom Assembly of Iran to inform everyone that Mr. Ali-Zamani was at no time a member of its organization and he was never in contact with the Assembly’s founder Dr. Frood Fouladvand. This was yet another staged managed scenario by the regime and Mr. Ali-Zamani was forced to confess as a member. The Mullas regime show no mercy in confronting the people of Iran, hence it is our duty to do everything we can to defend the civil rights of Mr. Ali-Zamani and our fellow citizens. Individuals forced to confess by the regime had nothing to do with this Assebly and its founder Dr. Frood Fouladvand. The London based organization has no affiliated offices in any other part of the world nor it has a successor or spokes persons any where. Despite the regime attempts, the acts of terror, sabotage and bombing cannot be linked to Dr. Fouladvand and his movement.

On Sunday October 11th 2009, Islamic regime of Iran executed Behnood Shojaii who had committed a crime when he was a teenage boy. Maryam Rustampoor (27) and Marzieh Amirizadeh (30) have been arrested and sentenced for their conversion to Christianity from Islam in Tehran, Iran.

Islamic republic of Iran is a full resemble anti-human government which has no mercy for its citizens and any kind of oppositions. Any negotiate or talk to this terroristic regime would legitimize them and give them more chance to persist their anti-human activities. Political sanctions seem the only reasonable solutions on Iran’s current regime which give Iranians opportunity to change it.
