sStunning or Ugly?

On one of my really creative days, I decided to "nail polish"
an older pair of cream-colored shoes and a cream-colored
purse with my two favorite colors of nail polish:
Optimistic (light blue) and Destiny (lilac).
I've heard comments ranging from stunning, cute for the prom,
I'd like to wear to dinner or to a friend's wedding. Oh yeah,
one person said they were ugly. I laughed. Your thoughts?
