Police Foot Chase Caught on Video
October 14, 2009 | Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania | Vetting explained
Bloomsburg,PA-
It's not often that we can bring a video full of laughs to the website but if you liked some of our past videos this one is at the top of the list.
On the evening of October 2nd Bloomsburg police were looking for a man that was struck by a car on East Street who ran from the accident scene. He was running through yards for some time close where the accident happened. When police found the suspect again in the 400 block of East Street he and another man who was not the suspect ran North on Chestnut Avenue.
People always ask why there are so many security cameras at our office and this is why. Our cameras pick up the chase at the intersection of Chestnut Ave. & Anthony Ave. What happens next is something you have to see for yourself. The police eventually caught the guy close to the rear of Naps Pizza. It is unknown if he was the right person or if charges were filed. We will keep you informed if we find out. So watch the video and have a good laugh.
