City Park - New Orleans
October 14, 2009 | New Orleans, Louisiana | Vetting explained
The following are images from just a 15 minute walk through a portion of City Park in New Orleans. Known for it's large stately oak trees which are several centuries old, City Park is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike.
City Park was heavily damaged by both wind and flooding from Hurricane Katrina, but almost all areas have been restored and construction is underway for some needed improvements.
I hope you enjoy these few pictures and if you visit New Orleans, be sure and put City Park on your list of places to see.
