A Gentler Charlie Daniels Band
October 14, 2009 | Cherokee, North Carolina | Vetting explained
Had the pleasure of watching Charlie Daniels at the Cherokee
Indian Fall Fair .
He is still pretty good for an old southern boy.
I made lots of video and photos, but we were 3 rows from the stage
and right in front of the mega speakers. My audio just couldn't handle it.
Charlie has turned over a new life and is a much gentler and peaceful person. The video is him singing How Great Thou Art.
He ended the concert with Devil Went Down to Georgia. If the audio hadn't been so nasty I would have posted that one as well.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
